Preparing Your Manifest File
The accuracy of your analysis depends on the quality of your manifest file:
- Supported Formats: .xlsx (Excel) and .csv (Comma Separated Values)
- Required Columns: Item Title/Description, Quantity, Retail Price/MSRP
- Recommended Columns: Brand/Manufacturer, Model Number/Part Number, UPC/EAN
- Column Naming: Use clear, descriptive headers for best results
DirectLiquidation.com and B-Stock.com formats are automatically detected. For other formats, our AI system will attempt to identify the correct columns.
Analysis Parameters
Configure these settings to tailor the calculation to your situation:
- Shipping Cost: Total cost to ship the entire pallet/lot to you
- Undercut %: Percentage below average eBay sold price for competitive pricing
- eBay Fee %: Average final value fee percentage (typically 10-15%)
- Desired Profit Margin %: Target profit margin on cost of goods
